When will my order be shipped?

Processing orders takes up to 2-3 business days not including weekends.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping will take 2-3 business days NOT INCLUDING processing time. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Do you allow exchanges and/or returns?

No.

Are refunds available for my order?

Once you received your tracking number there are no refunds.

Can I get a refund on my reading?

No, UNLESS your reading hasn't already been done.
